Terms & Conditions – Meluca Big Bin 21st December 2024 to 31st January 2025 Competition – NOW CLOSED
  1. Eligibility:
    • The competition is open to all customers who book and pay for a Meluca Big Bin delivery within December 21st to January 31st 2025 at 5pm.
    • Participants can enter multiple times by making multiple bookings; each booking counts as one entry.
    • Bonus Entry: Get a BONUS entry into the draw by participating in our Colouring Competition in the 13-99 age group!
    • Colouring Competition Details:
      • Open to ages 0-6 and 7-12 years old. Two picture options to choose from!
  2. Book a Bin Prizes:
    • There are three prizes available for the Book a Bin competition:
      1. Kmart Voucher worth $250, pick up voucher from 81 Weerong Rd, Drouin
      2. Bunnings Voucher worth $250, pick up voucher from 81 Weerong Rd, Drouin
      3. Woolworths Voucher worth $250, pick up voucher from 81 Weerong Rd, Drouin
        • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
        • Winners must collect the prizes in person from 81 Weerong Rd, Drouin by 20th January 2025.
        • No delivery or postage options are available.
  3. Colouring Competition Prizes:
    There are two prizes available for the colouring competition:
    Age Groups & Prizes:
    0-6 years:     a $50 Toyworld Gift Card
    7-12 years: a $50 Toyworld Gift Card

  4. Competition Period:
    • The competition runs from 7:30 am on December 11, 2024, to 5:00 pm on January 31, 2025.
  5. How to Enter:
    • To enter, customers must book and pay for a Meluca Big Bin delivery during the competition period.
    • Bins must be paid for on delivery to qualify for the draw OR be set up as an approved Meluca Big Bins Account customer and pay all invoices by the due date.
    • Each paid booking qualifies as one entry into the competition. Multiple bookings will result in multiple entries.
  6. Book a Bin Winner Selection:
    • Three winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
    • One person cannot win all three prizes, it must be three separate people/families/businesses.
    • The winner agrees to have their photograph/video taken and have it shared to the social media of all businesses involved in the competition.
    • The draw will take place on Friday 3rd February 2025 by video on our Facebook page and winners will also be notified via phone within 7 days of the draw and their names published to Social media and the Big Bins websites.
    • Please note: We will NOT send you a link and will not ask you to fill out any personal information. Please be aware of scammers and call the office if you have received any requests or are concerned 03 5633 1897.
    • The competition is not open to staff of Meluca Group or Meluca Big Bins. 
  7. Colouring Competition Winner Selection:
    -Two winners will be selected from all eligible entries.
    -One person cannot win both prizes, it must be separate people/families/businesses.
    -The winner agrees to have their photograph/video taken and have it shared to the social media of all businesses involved in the competition.

  8. Claiming Prizes:
    • Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
    • If a winner does not claim their prize within this period, a new winner may be drawn.
  9. General:
    • By participating in this competition, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
    • Meluca Big Bin reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
    • Any personal information collected during the competition will not be shared with third parties. Only the names of the winners will be shared to the appropriate local supplier for the purposes of receiving their winning prize.
