Terms & Conditions – Meluca Big Bin December Competition
  1. Eligibility:
    • The competition is open to all customers who book and pay for a Meluca Big Bin delivery within December 1st to December 20th 2024 at 12pm.
    • Participants can enter multiple times by making multiple bookings; each booking counts as one entry.
  2. Prizes:
    • There are four prizes available:
      1. The Butcher with The Chef – in Nar Nar Goon – 1/2 side of Lamb + Leg Ham on the Bone + 2x Scotch Fillet Steaks, worth $350, pick up voucher from Butcher at Nar Nar Goon
      2. Country Style Meats Butcher in Garfield – Large Leg Ham on the bone + Extra Large Meat Pack, worth $200, pick up voucher from Butcher at Garfield
      3. Longwarry Butcher – Large Leg Ham on the bone + Large Meat Pack, worth $150, pick up voucher from Butcher at Longwarry
      4. Digrandis Butcher in Drouin – Large 5kg Leg Ham on the bone, worth $130, pick up voucher from Butcher at Drouin
        • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
        • Winners must collect the prizes in person from the respective Butchers by 23rd December 2024.
        • No delivery or postage options are available.
  3. Competition Period:
    • The competition runs from 7:30 am on December 1, 2024, to 12:00 pm on December 20, 2024.
  4. How to Enter:
    • To enter, customers must book and pay for a Meluca Big Bin delivery during the competition period.
    • Bins must be paid for on delivery to qualify for the draw OR be set up as an approved Meluca Big Bins Account customer and pay all invoices by the due date.
    • Each paid booking qualifies as one entry into the competition. Multiple bookings will result in multiple entries.
  5. Winner Selection:
    • Four winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
    • One person cannot win all four prizes, it must be three separate people/families/businesses.
    • The winner agrees to have their photograph/video taken and have it shared to the social media of all businesses involved in the competition.
    • The draw will take place on Friday 20th December 2024 by video on our Facebook page and winners will also be notified via phone within 7 days of the draw and their names published to Social media and the Big Bins websites.
    • Please note: We will NOT send you a link and will not ask you to fill out any personal information. Please be aware of scammers and call the office if you have received any requests or are concerned 03 5633 1897.
    • The competition is not open to staff of Meluca Group or Meluca Big Bins. 
  6. Claiming Prizes:
    • Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
    • If a winner does not claim their prize within this period, a new winner may be drawn.
  7. General:
    • By participating in this competition, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
    • Meluca Big Bin reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
    • Any personal information collected during the competition will not be shared with third parties. Only the names of the winners will be shared to the appropriate local supplier for the purposes of receiving their winning prize.
